3 Account Registration & Verification

5 Bonuses & Promotions
bed9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In addition to offer-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Welcome Bonus
New players who register an account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Wagering Requirements

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until bed9 has issued a bet receipt and the wager has been accepted and recorded in the system. Casino & Slot Games

Malfunction Policy

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of any account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening, operating, or directing any other person to open a duplicate or secondary account on your behalf.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent platform security measures.
- Colluding with other users to fix match outcomes, manipulate game results, or gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in bed9's platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error are not payable and will be reversed.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, using bed9 as a payment conduit, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
- Abusing the bed9 customer support team, including using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward support agents.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts, gain unauthorised access to the platform's backend systems, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
- Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other identity verification process.
bed9 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Users suspected of engaging in any of the above behaviours may have their accounts frozen without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.
8 Account Closure & Termination
Closure by the User
You may request the closure of your bed9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, bed9 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to verification.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Closure by bed9

- The user has provided false or misleading information at any point.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
Where an account is closed by bed9 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including real-money funds deposited by the user — may be withheld pending investigation. bed9 will communicate the reasons for account closure by email where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
Surviving Clauses
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination. Clauses relating to prohibited conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of the agreement.
